ActiGreen Komplex is a dietary supplement.
3 tablets daily corresponds to approx. 3 cups of ActiGreen green tea.
An alternative for those who do not like drinking green tea, or as an easy way to consume their green tea when boiled water and cups are far away on the journey or at work.
Recommendations in connection with intake:
Taken in conjunction with a meal. Should not be taken on an empty stomach. Spread the intake over the whole day. Green tea affects the absorption of the mineral iron.
Iron supplement preparations should therefore not be taken at the same time, time difference between the intake between Grøn Te Komplex 70 and iron supplement by 2-3 hours.
