Better night's sleep with InRest. Bidro InRest is a dietary supplement, it comes in a 250 ml bottle. InRest has been developed to help the body and the mind to relax in a busy everyday life. Fennel has a calming effect on the stomach. Licorice root helps with mental calmness. Hops support natural sleep and improve sleep quality. Hops have a calming effect and promote good sleep. Lavender supports natural sleep and improves sleep quality. Lemon balm contributes to normalizing sleep/contributes to healthy sleep. Passion flower contributes to peace, rest and sleep if you feel tired and weak. Recommended daily dosage for adults: 10 ml (enclosed measuring cup) - ½ hour before bedtime. The dosage may diluted in a small glass of water. Shake thoroughly before use. As InRest is a liquid natural product, the taste may vary and sediment may appear in the bottle. Content per daily dose: Extract of: 500 mg Lemon balm, 500 mg Chamomile, 300 mg Licorice root, 250 mg Lavender, 250 mg Hops, 200 mg Valerian, 50 mg Passion flower. Ingredients: Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis (Linne)), chamomile flower (Chamomilla recutita (L) Rauschert), licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra (Linne)), lavender (Lavendula officinalis (chaix.et Vill.)), hops (Humulus lupulus strobile L), valerian (Valeriana officinalis, (Linen)), passion flower (Passiflora incarnate (L)), fennel oil, anise oil, water, preservative: (potassium sorbate), emulsifier: (glycerol). Contains licorice, - people suffering from high blood pressure should avoid excessive intake. InRest is sold by health food stores and webshops in Denmark. Can be ordered from your local Matas store. InRest is registered with the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration Should only be used by pregnant women or children under the age of 1 in agreement with a doctor or health nurse.
